RUCO.Germany inks

MITCO.in IRAN stock and sell RUCO

MITCO in Iran stock and sell RUCO padprinting inks from Germany. The inks are the most common ones used and the most universal in their application.

All RUCO padprinting inks are free from heavy metal pigments and are in compliance with the EN 71, part 3 (for use on toys). Besides the standard inks mentioned below, we have a number of special inks for specific applications - we'd be pleased to advise you.

The table below allows a quick selection of the right ink for the different substrates. Basic ink mixing systems are available for all ink types. As a Pantone licensee, RUCO have developed a great number of practically approved mixing formulae, which are available in either printout form or on a computer disk. We can also offer, as a complimentary service, the computer-controlled colour-matching system "RUCOCOLOR 2".

T-01
Two component ink for high quality technical articles in the electronic, sport and automobile industry. Chemically-reactive curing, high gloss with very good mechanical and chemical resistances. Suitable for treated polyolefines (PE/PP), polyamid, glass, ceramic, polyurethane and duroplast.

T-45
One component ink for moulded objects made of plastic in the toy, household and electronics industries. Glossy with very good mechanical and chemical resistances. Can be printed onto a variety of plastics like polycarbonate, polystyrene, ABS and acrylics. With the addition of the adhesion agent 100-VR-1260, it is also suitable for untreated polypropylene.

T-18
Universal pad printing ink for a big number of applications. One and two component ink with chemically-reactive curing. In the two component version, it offers very good mechanical and chemical resistances. Excellent gloss and printability. Suitable for materials like treated polyolefines (PE/PP), ABS, acrylics, polyamid, polycarbonate, polystyrene, rigid PVC,

SAN, wood and paper.

suitable

limited suitability

1) Use as one- or two-component ink possible
2) Use as two-component ink
3) Post flame treatment possible
4) Use onto untreated polypropylene

Since substrates can differ markedly from each other in terms of chemical structure and method of manufacture, a preliminary test to confirm suitability should always be carried out.

To ensure good adhesion, polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) must be pretreated. The recommended methods are flame or corona treatment.

The surface tension should be at least 42 mN/m in the case of PE and at least 52 mN/m in the case of PP.

Series T 100

Versatile one and two component ink for rotary pad printing on bottle closures made of pre-treated polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) as well as on ABS, acrylic glass, lacquered surfaces, polycarbonate, polystyrene and polyurethane. This high glossy, fast physically drying and chemical reactive pad printing ink exhibits good mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as a good flexibility. The colour shades of T 100 are light fast and weather resistant and high opaque. A special product test is recommended prior to production.
